Job Description
Join our team as a packer, where you will work at the end of the production line. Your primary responsibilities will include taking products off the line, counting them per the order sheet, and packing them into boxes for shipment to customers. You will report to your supervisor at the beginning of each shift and be assigned to a specific line for the day. Throughout your first few weeks, you will receive cross-training on different lines and may apply labels, stack and pack boxes, and manage scrap parts. Additionally, you will be required to fill out work orders based on the day's production run.
ResponsibilitiesTake products off the production line and count them according to the order sheet.Pack products into boxes for shipment.Report to the supervisor at the start of each shift.Be assigned and work on a specific line for the day.Receive cross-training on different lines.Apply labels, stack and pack boxes, and handle scrap parts.Fill out work orders based on daily production runs.Essential SkillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs (usually only up to 20 lbs, as most products are very light).Proficiency in English for reading and following instructions.Ability to count accurately.Familiarity with injection molding, injection mold, and injection molding machines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in an industrial environment is a plus.Experience with extrusion or injection molding is beneficial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment where safety glasses are provided and required at all times on the floor. The facility is temperature controlled. Enjoy paid breaks, including a 15-minute and a 30-minute break. Choose from three shifts: 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), or 3rd shift (11pm-7am).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
