**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals for our 3rd shift Packer role. The work environment is very quiet, and candidates should be comfortable with this setting. As a Packer, you will be responsible for packing boxes according to packing lists and box sizes. You will work at packing stations, where you will pack products into boxes, weigh, tape, label them, and place them on pallets for shipment. You will rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing throughout the day to ensure variety in tasks. **Responsibilities** + Pack boxes according to packing lists and box sizes. + Work at packing stations to pack products into boxes. + Weigh, tape, and label boxes. + Place packed boxes on pallets for shipment. + Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work well with others. + High School Education. + Ideally 6 months of experience in Warehouse, Picking, or Packing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good communication skills. + Good job history (1.5 years minimum at a single company recently). + Ability to follow written work instructions in English. + Must be able to pass a safety test after watching a safety video. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy long-term employment opportunities with great benefits, fostering a positive work-life balance. **Work Environment** 1st shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm 2nd shift: 3 pm to 11:30 pm 3rd shift: 11 pm to 7:30 am **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.40 - $18.40/hr.
