**Job Title: Packer** 6am-6pm Shift Start ASAP Entry Level **Job Description** Join our team as a Packer, working on Crew B with a 12-hour AM schedule from 6am to 6pm. Your initial week will be dedicated to orientation and training, scheduled from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. In this role, you'll be responsible for packing finished products, which include both smaller items and longer pieces requiring teamwork for handling. You must be able to stand for long periods, pay attention to detail, and communicate effectively in English for safety and operational purposes. **Responsibilities** + Pack finished products, ensuring proper handling of both small and large items. + Work collaboratively with another packer when handling heavy or lengthy items. + Maintain attention to detail while counting and reporting packed items. + Adhere to packing procedures as per training provided. + Understand, read, and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of packing experience in a manufacturing setting. + Ability to read and understand work directions. + Proficiency in loading, material handling, and using hand tools. + Ability to stand for 12 hours and lift up to 35 pounds as needed. + Familiarity with RF scanners and general labor tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic math skills. + Experience in a manufacturing environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO with bonuses for perfect attendance and additional personal time off after one year. The use of cell phones and portable electronic devices is prohibited during working hours. The dress code requires long pants and prohibits items such as watches, loose clothing, and open-toed shoes. PPE includes steel toe boots and safety glasses. Employees on 12-hour shifts receive three paid 10-minute breaks and a paid 20-minute lunch.
