Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated Packer 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Packer 3rd Shift, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Packer 3rd Shift

Location: York, PA

Pay Range: 16.50

Shift: 11pm - 7am, Sunday to Thursday

What's the Job?

Pack crackers or cookies off the assembly line in a fast-paced environment Operate independently while maintaining high productivity standards Cross-train on other assembly packing lines to support team flexibility Lift up to 35 pounds regularly to ensure proper packaging and handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of experience in packing, cleaning, or casual labor roles Ability to work at varying speeds and meet production targets Strong attention to detail and safety compliance Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision Credential requirements: 100035, 100037
