Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Packer 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Packer 2nd Shift, you will be part of the packaging department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packer 2nd Shift

Location: York, PA

Pay Range: 16.50

Shift: 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday)

What's the Job?

Pack crackers or cookies off the assembly line in a fast-paced environment Work independently while being cross-trained on other packing lines Follow safety protocols and dress code requirements Lift and handle products weighing up to 35 lbs Maintain consistent work speed based on production demands

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of experience in packing or general labor roles Ability to work on fast-paced assembly lines Strong attention to detail and safety compliance Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs Willingness to adhere to dress code and PPE requirements
