Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Packer - 2nd shift, 2:30 to 11:00PM **Location:** Pennsauken, NJ **Pay Range:** $17 per hour **What's the Job?** + Read and follow instructions on factory masters to ensure accurate production. + Set up bundler, hold down arm, load former, and delivery end of machine according to proper setup techniques. + Secure proper cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags for production runs. + Stack finished boxes in accordance with factory master specifications. + Monitor quality of boxes and report any quality issues to the Operator. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to read and follow instructions on factory masters. + Mathematical skills to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. + Common sense reasoning ability to carry out instructions in various forms. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. **What's in it for me?** + Competitive pay rate of $17 per hour. + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Gain valuable experience in the manufacturing sector. + Consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. + Potential for career advancement within the company.
