About the RoleWe are seeking an Entry‑Level Pharmaceutical Packer to join our team in Allentown, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You will support the production of high‑quality pharmaceutical products through accurate packaging, labeling, and inspection in a cleanroom environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all cGMP, SOP, safety, and customer requirements to ensure compliance at all stages.Package, assemble, label, and inspect pharmaceutical products (manual or automated).Perform quality control activities, including AQL inspections, to ensure product accuracy and compliance.Read and follow batch records, diagrams, and work instructions; complete basic computer tasks.Support job setup and close‑out, and clean rooms/equipment according to GMP standards.Work independently or as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.RequirementsStrong hand‑eye coordination, dexterity, and attention to detail.Ability to perform repetitive tasks with both hands.Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages).Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions in English.Physical ability to:Stand continuouslyBend, squat, and reach above shoulder levelComfortable working in:Primary & secondary areasRefrigerated environments (2–8°C)Frozen environments (‑20°C) for extended periods (up to 80% of shift)Ability to gown and work in a cleanroom environment.Preferred QualitiesInitiative and adaptability to changing priorities.Willingness to accept and apply feedback, including Corrective or Preventative Actions.Job Type & LocationContract positionFully onsite in Allentown, PAPay & BenefitsPay Range: $17.00–$19.55/hr
