Our client is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator , you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Packaging Operator **Location:** St. Louis, MO **What's the Job?** + Stage, fill, cap, label, and over pack liquid, powder, and lyophilized products per approved packaging specifications. + Complete appropriate packaging documentation per FDA, ISO, and GMP procedures. + Utilize semi-automated equipment to fill liquids or powders and perform routine cleaning to maintain equipment. + Follow all quality and safety procedures while supporting quality systems. + Participate in required safety activities and assist in the implementation of process improvement ideas. **What's Needed?** + High School diploma or GED equivalent. + At least 3 months of experience in chemical weighing, laboratory, filling, or packaging is preferred. + Familiarity with ISO/GMP regulated environments is desirable. + Basic math skills, including metrics and conversions. + Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Gain valuable experience in a regulated industry. + Potential for temp-to-perm employment. + Engage in continuous learning and process improvement initiatives. + Be part of a company that values safety and quality in its operations.
