Packaging Technician Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Evening Shift: 2:30p-11p Department: Packaging MUST PRESENT AN UPDATED RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION Job Overview We are seeking a Packaging Technician to join our high‑performance packaging team. In this role, you will support all aspects of packaging operations to ensure the production of high‑quality products in a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. This position follows all policies and procedures and operates in accordance with FDA regulations. Key Responsibilities As a Packaging Technician, you will: Follow and support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures. Meet performance targets on assigned packaging production lines. Perform tasks as assigned by Packaging Leadership. Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for deviations, equipment breakdowns, and process issues. Assist with preventive and autonomous maintenance on packaging equipment. Support changeovers on packaging lines to meet production needs. Participate in 5S, cleaning, and housekeeping activities to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Some college coursework preferred Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced manufacturing environment Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement Why Join Us?
