The primary responsibility of this role is to provide hands-on project support for the Marketing Services Packaging team. This position works closely with Project Managers to assist with the execution of packaging commercialization activities and to support the successful delivery of projects from initiation through production.

The role focuses on completing assigned project tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, tracking timelines and deliverables, and supporting day-to-day project coordination needs. This position helps ensure information is organized, milestones are monitored, and updates are communicated effectively to project stakeholders.

This role requires the ability to support multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large, end-to-end initiatives and contributing to team success through reliable execution, organization, and collaboration.

JOB DUTIES:

Creation of part numbers, BOM elements and accuracy, ensuring timely and accurate report out of project deliverables. Input status into project trackers and coordinate with cross functional teams  Responsible for routing files for release and coordination with various stakeholders on artwork markups and providing status reports  Provides to cross functional stakeholder's files and documentation on project details as needed

MUST HAVE:

Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing project coordination Excellent communication and relationship building skills with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced dynamic fluid everchanging environment  Superb time management, multitasking and active listening skills Strong sense of ownership with ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline management  Strong team player able to execute the established process  Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders Proficient in working with large data sources and pulling information Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and delivery of best practices Ability to organize within assigned projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
