**Job Title: Packaging Operator** **Job Description** Join a leading supplier of probiotic beverages, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. As a Packaging Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely flow of bottle materials through our production line, contributing to the creation of top-quality products enjoyed worldwide. **Responsibilities** + Unload bottle deliveries and load bottles into the machine to maintain a steady production flow. + Operate bagging machines and de-scrambler machines, keeping work areas clean and organized. + Inspect bottle quality at assigned machines to ensure only acceptable quality bottles are produced. + Communicate machine status and report any quality issues to your assigned supervisor. + Report daily shift performances, including quality, production ticket identification, pallet counts, and scrap. + Provide relief to other operators while maintaining production efficiency and quality. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of machine operating experience. + 1+ years of experience working with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Experience with packaging machines, filling machines, and machine setup. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma required. + Basic mathematical skills. + Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for an 8-hour shift, climb ladders, and maneuver through equipment. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a family-oriented company with a strong investment in employee growth and promotion from within.
