Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of finished products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Packaging Operator
**Location:** Houston, TX
**Pay Range:** $18
**Shift:** Days (06:00-15:00)
**What's the Job?**
+ Weigh finished products into packaging containers such as pails, pints, or bottles according to production instructions
+ Label finished products with accurate name data and relevant hazmat labels
+ Record quantities packaged and batch numbers for traceability purposes
+ Store finished goods pallets in warehouse racking while awaiting demand
+ Operate hand tools and equipment to fabricate and assemble products as needed
**What's Needed?**
+ No prior experience required; open to candidates eager to learn
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
+ Ability to operate hand tools and basic equipment safely
+ Good organizational skills for storing and managing finished goods
+ Reliable and punctual with a proactive work ethic
