So, we will look to you to spot and take every opportunity to improve quality, safety, and performance. **Job Title: Packaging Associate** **Location: Wanamingo, MN** **Pay Range: $23.50/hr** **Shifts Available:** **-Sun-Thur 10:00pm - 6:00am** **or** **-Fri-Sat 10:00pm - 10:00am** **Essential Duties/Responsibilities –** + Operate packaging equipment including shut down/start up procedures, troubleshoot equipment problems + Monitor semi-automated machinery to ensure proper packaging + Ensure all components being used match packaging set-up form + Complete equipment and environment cleaning requirements + Complete documentation accurately and legibly + Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary workplace + Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership **Qualifications –** + Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods and lifting 50 lbs containers + Ability to follow directions accurately + Attention to detail and organization skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Time management skills **Education/Experience –** Highschool diploma or GED If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
