**Job Title: Packaging Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Packaging department. This role involves basic packaging, kitting, boxing, operating a machine to print barcodes on labels, and handling shipping duties. You will prepare products, such as rolls of barcode stickers, for customer delivery. Some tasks will include shrink-wrapping and basic production labor. While the duties can be repetitive, cross-training in different areas within the Finishing Department is provided. A strong attention to detail is essential for quality assurance. **Pay: $19** **Responsibilities** + Perform basic packaging, kitting, and boxing tasks. + Operate machines to print barcodes on labels. + Handle shipping duties and prepare products for delivery. + Engage in shrink-wrapping and basic production labor. + Participate in cross-training within the Finishing Department. + Ensure quality assurance with a strong attention to detail. + Meet quota numbers for rolls packaged, with 300 rolls expected during training and up to 400 rolls regularly. **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency. + Mechanically inclined. + Experience in assembly, packaging, or similar fields. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, with hoist assistance available. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prefer at least 1 year of experience in assembly or packaging. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company with a laid-back work environment where supervisors often started as operators.
