El operador de máquina es responsable de operar la maquinaria de mezcla, combinación y envasado de alimentos en una planta de fabricación de alimentos. El puesto requiere comprender, seguir y hacer cumplir las políticas, procedimientos y prácticas reconocidas de seguridad, salud y calidad de la empresa. Operar y gestionar la maquinaria de mezcla, combinación y envasado de alimentos. Configurar y solucionar problemas de las máquinas de envasado y gestionar los cambios de equipo. Diagnosticar problemas, reemplazar o reparar piezas, probar la maquinaria y realizar los ajustes necesarios. Observar el funcionamiento de la máquina para garantizar la calidad del producto y su conformidad con las normas. Regular el flujo o la velocidad de la máquina según sea necesario. Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo regular de las máquinas, los equipos y las instalaciones de la planta. Habilidades Esenciales Más de 2 años de experiencia en la operación de máquinas de mezcla, combinación y/o envasado. Esencialmente, se requiere el cumplimiento de las BPM.
