Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Product Assistant (Manufacturing Tech 1) to join their team. As a Product Assistant, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, mechanical skills, and troubleshooting skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Product Assistant (Manufacturing Tech 1)
**Location:** St. Louis, MO
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate processing equipment and perform production operations.
+ Communicate and document the status of processes, products, and equipment.
+ Execute batch records in SAP and ensure compliance with safety policies.
+ Participate in required safety and quality training and maintain good housekeeping.
+ Perform routine cleaning of rooms and manual cleaning of small parts.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience with SAP and troubleshooting in a production environment.
+ Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds occasionally.
+ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
+ Willingness to work on 2nd shift from 2pm to 10:30pm with training on 1st shift.
