Our client is seeking a **Packaging Operator** to join their team. As a Packaging Operator 3, you will be part of the operations team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** St. Louis, MO
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate and maintain packaging machinery, ensuring efficient production lines.
+ Provide training and operational support to team members to enhance productivity.
+ Participate in process improvement projects to optimize packaging operations.
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational concerns.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent; coursework in chemistry is a plus.
+ 2-4 years of packaging experience preferred but not required.
+ Ability to operate powered industrial equipment and perform hand weighing operations.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
