**Job Title: Packaging Operator - 2nd Shift** Job Description This position is essential in the production of high-quality sweet potato chips fried in avocado oil, free from the top 9 most common allergens. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for managing and operating high-speed packaging machines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, and overseeing operations such as Alpma machines and brine systems. You will also perform minor troubleshooting and determine when maintenance needs to be called. Responsibilities + Set up and operate high-speed packaging machines to produce chip bags. + Manage and operate specific machinery in the production line. + Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures. + Ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control. + Communicate effectively with team members and management. + Perform minor troubleshooting to identify machine stops or jams. Essential Skills + 2+ years of experience in machine operation. + Experience with high-speed manufacturing. + Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). + Proficiency in operating filling and packaging machines. + Basic troubleshooting skills. + Experience with adjusting feeds and speeds. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 2+ years of experience with change over procedures. + Experience in a production environment is preferred. Why Work Here?
