NO INTERVIEW IS REQUIRED!!!** **Responsibilities** **Job Description** **As a Packaging Operator, you will work Monday-Wednesday nights from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You will be a vital part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact on a global scale, helping to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Located in Cincinnati, OH, this site is a Center of Excellence for specialized oral solid dose manufacturing and drug development within the Pharma Services Group.** **Responsibilities** + **Perform packaging line operations including operating and monitoring equipment, in-process testing, filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, palletizing, equipment setup, and cleanup.** + **Troubleshoot and optimize packaging equipment performance.** + **Identify and resolve quality problems while maintaining cGMP standards.** + **Assist with ensuring the packaging line operates at an acceptable production rate.** + **Perform GMP documentation, in-process testing, breakdown investigations, and repairs related to packaging production.** **Essential Skills** + **High School Diploma required.** + **1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing environment within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing industries strongly preferred.** + **Effective written and oral communication skills.** + **Ability to follow cGMP and other regulatory requirements.** + **Ability to maintain compliance in all SOP, cGMP, EHS, and other training curriculum as assigned.** + **Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.** + **Work on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature.** + **Mechanical proficiency and ability to disassemble and reassemble various types of equipment.** + **Basic reading comprehension and math skills vital to follow sophisticated technical instructions and complete BPR calculations.** + **Interpersonal skills and ability to work both individually and as part of a team.** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.10 - $23.10/hr.
