Packaging Machine Operator Urgently Hiring

We are seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to join our team in the production of medical diagnostic test kits. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to batch record and quality control specifications.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Safely operate equipment in the production of medical diagnostic test kits of various types, meeting all batch record and quality control requirements.
+ Conduct machine set-up and changeover according to SOP, including performing quality control testing.
+ Operate automated machinery through a User Interface (Tablet) and support computer-controlled systems and robotic manufacturing equipment.
+ Assist with pre and post line clearance, including equipment set-up and take down.
+ Document work requests and logbook entries accurately.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs. to fill bins and hoppers, maintaining manufacturing materials on the line as needed.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to identify potential problems.
+ Remove, replace, align, adjust, and make necessary corrections on all mechanical equipment promptly.
+ Perform other duties as needed to meet department, manufacturing, or business needs.
**Requirements:**
+ 2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and experience.
+ Ability to track and record output, yield, rate, machine efficiency, and quality results.
+ Understanding of and adherence to company policies on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs & SOPs).
+ Fluency in speaking and writing in English.
**Shift:** 1st Shift
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
