Job Title: Packaging Line Worker
Job Description

As a Packaging Line Worker, you will be responsible for understanding and operating all equipment involved in the receiving and shipment of liquid products, including pumps, lines, valves, and tanks. You will ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and quality standards. You will also be tasked with the handling and storage of samples, as well as documenting all intake products.

ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain equipment for receiving and shipment of liquid products.Follow all company policies, procedures, and protocols.Ensure safety, sanitation, and quality standards are adhered to.Handle and store samples appropriately.Document all intake products accurately.Maintain sanitary intake areas to meet Federal and State regulations.Practice quality control of all products.Essential SkillsKnowledge of packaging and production processes.Experience in general labor, packing, and labeling.Ability to operate packaging and assembly lines.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail.Ability to perform repetitive tasks.Capable of standing for extended periods, with job rotation every two hours.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment can be warm and requires standing in one place for extended periods. You will work in a team setting with a structured schedule: Monday/Tuesday from 5:30am to 2pm, Wednesday-Friday from 6am to 2:30pm, with occasional Saturdays from 5:30am to 10am.

This is a Contract position based out of Faribault, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.54 - $20.54/hr.
