Packaging Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the packaging industry, is seeking a Packaging Coordinator to join their team. As a Packaging Coordinator, you will be part of the operations team supporting the packaging process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to change, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Packaging Coordinator
**Location:** St. Louis, MO
**What's the Job?**
+ Support the safety, quality, and delivery of custom and standard products through efficient packaging processes.
+ Stage process orders and components to maximize productivity for packaging operators.
+ Perform process order confirmations in SAP and ensure accurate inventory adjustments.
+ Assist operators with troubleshooting and interact with various functional groups to resolve issues.
+ Coordinate daily discussions and prepare schedules according to current priorities.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; a college course in chemistry or related science is preferred.
+ At least 12 months of experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
+ Understanding of quality requirements, including ISO 13485 and ISO 9001.
+ Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment safely.
