Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing Industry, is seeking a Packaging Associate to join their team. As a Packaging Associate, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to follow directions accurately, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Packaging Associate Multiple Shifts
**Location:** Wanamingo, MN
**Pay Range: 22.25 - 23.50**
**Shift: Multiple and Weekend**
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate packaging equipment including shut down/start up procedures and troubleshoot equipment problems.
+ Monitor semi-automated machinery to ensure proper packaging.
+ Ensure all components being used match the packaging set-up form.
+ Complete equipment and environment cleaning requirements.
+ Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.
**What's Needed?**
+ Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods and lifting 50 lbs containers.
+ Ability to follow directions accurately.
+ Attention to detail and organization skills.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Time management skills.
