Job Description
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of 2-5 individuals on a Roll Forming machine to efficiently package finished materials, including metal shingles, siding, and gutters. You will work closely with Machine Operator II and other Packagers (Machine Operator I) to ensure products are free of manufacturing defects through visual quality checks.
Responsibilities
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail.Make boxes, package, palletize, and move products efficiently.Utilize power tools such as drills, staple guns, and pneumatic tools confidently.Adapt to learning and operating several machines while working with different groups daily.Additional Skills & Qualifications
6+ months of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.Mechanically inclined with hand and power tool experience.Proficiency in basic arithmetic, including measurements in inches and pounds.Ability to read and understand tape measures and calculators.Bilingual in Spanish and English.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is an industrial manufacturing setting that can become warm and loud due to running machines. Employees must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working around moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and heat, with proper PPE and safety training provided. The environment is not temperature-controlled, and doors are open during summer months.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
