Job Title: Packager/OperatorJob Description

In this role, you will collaborate with a team of 2-5 colleagues to efficiently package finished materials as they emerge from Roll Forming machines. These machines primarily produce metal shingles, siding, and gutters. The team consists of Machine Operator II and Machine Operator I, working together to ensure high-quality products by conducting visual quality checks for manufacturing defects.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in an industrial manufacturing environment that can be warm and loud. Employees should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working around moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and heat. Proper personal protective equipment and safety training are provided. The noise level is usually loud, and the facility is not temperature-controlled, with open doors in the summer.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkins, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
