**Job Title: Packager/Operator - 19/hr - Start ASAP** Job Description In this role, you will collaborate with a team of 2-5 individuals to efficiently package finished materials as they emerge from Roll Forming machines. These machines primarily produce metal shingles, siding, and gutters. You will work under the guidance of a Machine Operator II and alongside other Packagers (Machine Operator I) to ensure each product is visually quality checked for manufacturing defects. Responsibilities + Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus and attention to detail. + Comfortably handle tasks such as making boxes, packaging, palletizing, and moving products. + Utilize power tools including drills, staple guns, and other pneumatic tools. + Learn to operate several machines and adapt to working with different teams daily. + Perform quality checks by measuring parts accurately. Essential Skills + Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment for at least 6 months. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to work well with others and perform general labor tasks. + Experience in machine operation and quality checking. + Competence in using hand and power tools.
