**Aerotek is seeking a Packager:** **Pay: $16-$17/hr** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team in a copper manufacturing facility where you'll engage in a variety of packaging tasks across three different stations. You'll sort and package straight copper tubing, manage small diameter copper tubing directly from machines, and work in a team to handle larger bundles of coils. This role requires physical endurance and teamwork. **Responsibilities** + Sort and package straight copper tubing and piping. + Handle and package small diameter copper tubing directly from machines. + Participate in a two-person team to lift and package large bundles of coils. + Work efficiently across different packaging stations. + Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor and production. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. + Capability to stand for 10-12 hours a day. + Willingness to work weekends, primarily Saturdays. + Proficient in packaging, packing, labeling, and picking. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in packaging and sorting is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a large and organized team in a major manufacturing facility. While construction activities contribute to dust and clutter in certain areas, your work stations remain clean and organized. Shifts are available: 1st shift from 8am to 4pm, 2nd shift from 4pm to 12am with a $1.00/hr shift differential, and 3rd shift from 12am to 8am with a $3.00/hr shift differential. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sealy, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
