Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team. The role involves assisting in the packaging department, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring that shipments meet specified criteria. We are hiring for (1) 2nd shift Packager working Monday through Friday from 12:00pm - 8:00pm.
Responsibilities
Assist in the packaging departmentPrepare orders to be sent outLift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs.Operate pallet jackFollow work ordersLoad and unload materialsEnsure shipments meet specific criteriaAssist in building palletsLabel packagesAssist with inventory and cycle counts as neededEssential Skills

Our workplace boasts a clean and well-maintained environment with excellent airflow, despite the graphite conditions that can be dusty. The average tenure of employees is over 15 years, which speaks to the positive culture and great management. There is a strong relationship with HR, and we offer double-time pay on Sundays as well as time and a half on Saturdays.
Work Environment
The work environment is a graphite setting which can be dusty, but the building is clean and well-maintained. The role operates from 12pm to 8pm, Monday through Friday, with a possible start time of 10am. Steel toe boots are required for safety.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
