Job Description

Join our team as a Packager where you will play a critical role in our production line operations. You will be responsible for either loading materials into the production line or unloading finished goods for shipment. You will be actively standing and moving around the production floor, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and appropriate gowning procedures.

Shift

Shifts operate Monday through Friday in a MAD rotation:

Days from 7 AM to 3:30 PM,

Afternoons from 3 PM to 11:30 PM with a 75-cent premium,

Midnights from 11 PM to 7:30 AM with a 1-dollar premium.

Work Environment

The production floor consists of five main areas, each with its unique production line and team. You will work with a team comprising one line leader, four operators, one maintenance worker, and two loaders. Flexibility in working with different team members is key.

Responsibilities

Load empty materials into the production line or bulk finished goods into boxes for shipment.Stand and move around the production floor throughout the entire shift.Maneuver around machinery as needed, ensuring continuous operation.Follow GMP procedures and gowning requirements relevant to the production area.Document and communicate effectively in English for detailed medical records.

Essential Skills

Experience: Minimum of 6 months working on a manufacturing floor.Knowledge of GMP or similar procedural standards.Physical ability to lift, move, and bend during an 8 hour shift.Strong documentation and communication skills in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to adhere to floor procedures and complete intense documentation as required.
