Job Description
This entry-level position is within the plastic extrusion department, focusing on assembly and packaging support for extrusion operators. The role involves assembling housing for cartridges using small hand tools, labeling cartridges, and packaging. The plastic is extruded and rolled onto spools, resembling spools of wire or yarn, and sized at 1 or 2 square feet. Spools are removed from the machine, encased in plastic, and loaded into cartridges. This position thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
ResponsibilitiesSupport extrusion operators in assembly and packaging tasks.Assemble housing for cartridges using small hand tools.Label cartridges accurately and efficiently.Package spools after extrusion and load them into cartridges.Essential SkillsAt least 6+ months of experience in packaging, warehouse, or assembly roles.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in plastics is a plus, though not required.Proficiency in machine operation and labeling.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
