Job Title: Packager

Job Description

As a Packager, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging 60-70 pumps per day. You will use a hoist for handling larger pumps and follow a pick-list to locate and bring products to the packaging line. Your tasks will include boxing products, printing labels, adhering name plates, and moving items down the line. You will have the opportunity to train on a forklift and may be required to use it as necessary. The role allows for cross-training in other areas, starting in the packaging department.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing setting with approximately 100 employees, divided between CNC machining centers and assembly/shipping/receiving divisions. The environment is organized and safe, producing roughly 15,000 pumps annually. Enjoy varied work with different pumps, valves, and kits, ensuring tasks remain dynamic. The shift is 7am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with voluntary overtime. Flexible start times are available, allowing you to begin at 6am, 7am, or 8am, as long as you maintain consistency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
