**IMMEDIATELY HIRING!** Currently hiring **Packagers** that are able to commute to the **Conshohocken, PA** area for this manufacturing company for a **FULL TIME** opportunity! The packagers will be responsible for working in the warehouse and production floor, loading and unloading trucks, verifying and counting inventory, accurately pulling material , and staging material to be shipped out. Prior warehouse or packing experience will be required for this position, having a strong attention to detail, and being able to commit to a full time and long term opportunity. Please review the information below and if interested apply by submitting your resume with the best contact information so we can reach out and speak further about your experience and next steps in the hiring process. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload trucks using proper warehouse equipment; verify count and condition of goods received/loaded. + Review documentation to verify shipment information and file necessary paperwork. + Accurately pull materials, whether raw materials or finished goods, in accordance with Pull Slip Requests. + Safely move materials in and out of the warehouse and to and from the production floor using proper equipment. + Perform weekly and monthly cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory by scanning and validating inventory levels. + Conduct visual inspections of warehouse equipment prior to use and properly shut down/charge/service equipment batteries. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment, keeping aisles free of dirt/debris and following all safety procedures. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in forklift operation and material handling. + Experience with pallet jacks, order picking, inventory management, and packing. + Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and warehouse inventory management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills. + Ability to lift 25-40lb packages consistently and safely, stand and/or walk for most of the shift. + Attention to detail and accuracy, with a mindset for improving work processes. + Capability to meet deadlines, work independently, and promote a team atmosphere. + Prior experience using stand-up, sit-down, and/or turret forklifts is preferred. + Experience with handheld scanning and materials management systems is a plus. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
