**Job Title: Packager 2nd Shift $18+** **Job Description** Join our team as a Packager, working on the 1st shift from 12:00pm to 8:00 pm. This is a contract-to-hire position where you will play a crucial role in our packaging department. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the packaging department by prepping orders for shipment. + Lift and handle packages weighing 35-40 lbs. + Operate pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials. + Follow detailed work orders to ensure shipments meet specific criteria. + Build and label pallets and packages. + Support inventory and cycle counts as needed. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience in shipping or packaging. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. + Experience following work instructions for shipping. + Proficiency with pallet jacks and forklifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Steel toe boots are required. + Forklift operation experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Experience a supportive and engaging work culture with an average employee tenure of over 15 years.
