CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant – Workday Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll position for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 3 months Duties: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate workforce management and payroll needs into effective Workday solutions. Design and configure absence plans, time tracking frameworks, and payroll structures aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure seamless integration between Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, and other Workday HCM modules. Facilitate design sessions, workshops, and end-user training to support adoption and effective system usage. Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting during implementation and post–go-live support. Identify issues, recommend best practices, and drive continuous improvement of Workday solutions. Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll configuration. Strong understanding of time management methodologies, absence management best practices, and payroll processing. Knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory considerations. Ability to lead workshops, training sessions, and client-facing discussions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Experience: Proven experience as a Workday Package Consultant or similar role supporting Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll. Hands-on experience with full lifecycle Workday implementations. Experience supporting post–go-live stabilization and enhancements preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Certified Workday Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll required. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
