CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - SAP HANA FIN CO position for our client. Location: Columbia, SC Duration: 4 months Travel: 50% travel required Duties: Implement and configure SAP HANA FIN CO solutions, serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Configure SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606. Define performance obligations (POBs) and revenue recognition profiles. Configure Standalone Selling Price (SSP) allocation rules and event-based revenue processing. Integrate SAP RAR with SD, FI, BRIM, and external systems. Design, build, and maintain BRF+ functions, decision tables, expressions, and rulesets. Develop BRF+ logic for POB determination, SSP derivation, allocation, event triggers, and contract modifications. Map BRF+ outputs to RAR processing steps; simulate and debug BRF+ rules for accuracy and performance. Maintain BRF+ version control and documentation to support audit requirements. Support SIT and UAT testing, including troubleshooting POB creation, allocation, and posting issues. Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and related project documentation. Configure FI components including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, tax, payments, and clearing rules. Set up financial statements, period close, reconciliation processes, and COPA (account-based or costing-based). Configure cost centers, internal orders, profit centers, and support planning, budgeting, and cost allocation cycles. Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Skills: SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) configuration expertise Strong hands-on experience with SAP RAR and BRF+ Deep understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition Integration experience across SD, MM, PP, BRIM, FI, and external systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience: Proven experience implementing SAP HANA FIN CO solutions Extensive hands-on experience configuring SAP RAR and BRF+ Experience supporting SIT/UAT and go-live activities Prior consulting or client-facing project experience preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
