Job Title: Pack Out Operator

Job Description

We are looking for Pack Out Operators to join our growing team in Smithfield, GA! In this role you will be responsible for transferring peanut sizing cuts from product bins to the packaging stations. You will also stage packaging materials at the bagging system, load the system with a pallet, slip sheet, and hang a tote for filling. You will be programing the applicable lot number at the tote filling sequence, ensuring proper USDA tags are placed on totes Positive Lot Identification (PLI). You will monitor check weights on the scale system printout and perform metal detector checks on CCP# 1 (HACCP) every two hours, along with magnet checks twice per shift. The role requires monitoring the condition of packaging materials and applying the correct packaging as specified while maintaining the master sanitation schedule for the area. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
