P&C Shared Services Generalist - APAC

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences? Vontier is seeking a **P&C Shared Services Generalist** to join our dynamic APAC team. This role is your opportunity to make a real impact by being the first point of contact for HR inquiries and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
In this role, you will be the primary contact for employees, leaders, and contingent workers, providing guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the employment lifecycle.
You’ll collaborate with Finance to manage payroll processes, support talent acquisition activities, and maintain accurate employee data. Additionally, you’ll administer benefits programs, respond to inquiries through our case management system, and assist with immigration processes as needed.
To break it down, your responsibilities will include:
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and provide timely resolutions or escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate payroll administration for Australia & New Zealand in partnership with Finance.
• Support talent acquisition processes, including requisition creation, offer management, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Administer benefit programs and assist with immigration-related activities.

To be successful in this role, YOU will be equipped with:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in HR or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem-solver.
