As an Inter Affiliate Services Oversight Manager in the Inter Affiliate Services team within Global Supplier Services, you play a central role in monitoring and managing Inter Affiliate activity between JPMC legal entities. You partner with business contacts, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help drive compliance with regulatory commitments and associated policies. You will oversee governance functions, support business managers, and facilitate effective communication and remediation across multiple regions.

 

Job responsibilities:

Manage, monitor, and track a pipeline of Inter Affiliate projects for compliance with the Inter Affiliate Oversight programAct as a central point for requests from lines of business to the Global Supplier Services Inter Affiliate Services teamMonitor projects and services using reports, tools, and system research to ensure compliance with Inter Affiliate requirementsEnsure all applicable requirements are completed within designated timeframes based on risk tier, managing timelines for process stepsIdentify, explain, and report risks and issues to Project Managers and stakeholders, and oversee remediation plans until completionUpdate systems such as COMPASS, Qlikview, and Cognos, develop and issue reports, and maintain documentation in accordance with policies and proceduresCollaborate with Project Managers to understand business needs, document solutions, and build strong working relationshipsAssist stakeholders with IAS procedures and systems, providing guidance and supportOversee activities across multiple countries and regions, partnering with key contacts including Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and TaxCoordinate and support business managers with post go-live requirements, including steady state monitoring and scorecard performanceDrive ad hoc projects, facilitate meetings, produce documentation, and coordinate action itemsParticipate in and lead regional IAS governance and information sharing meetings

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Fifteen years of overall experience, including five years in Inter Affiliate Services, Finance, Sourcing, TPO, Risk, Oversight & Control, Vendor Management, or related rolesDemonstrated written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skillsStrong business analysis skills for efficient, accurate, and objective decision makingAbility to partner closely with related functions such as Legal, Tax, and Regional Governance to ensure program effectivenessStrong analytical skills and knowledge of risk management and control principlesKnowledge of regional and local regulatory outsourcing requirementsDemonstrated organizational, research, and analytical skills with the ability to execute and escalate issuesSound business judgment, with the ability to proactively identify and address issues early and perform root cause analysis

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Strong knowledge of Inter Affiliate Services (IAS) and/or Third Party Oversight (TPO) standardsExperience with procurement tools such as COMPASS, Ariba, CWOC, NEIM, Concur, 4Site, FORCE, Bridger, Qlikview, and Cognos
