**Job Title: Shift Team Leader** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Shift Team Leader to oversee operations in a food manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 5 to 10 employees including to ensure efficient production processes and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is a 12 hour shift from 6:45PM-6:45AM. You will work 2 on 2 off, 3 on schedule. You have to work every other weekend, but you only work 3 or 4 days each week and 15 out of the 30 days in the month. **Pay is based on experience, and will prioritize high speed manufacturing leadership experience, multiple years at the same company, food manufacturing experience.** **Responsibilities** + Lead and supervise a team of at least 10 individuals in the production area. + Ensure efficient operation of the production line, adhering to quality and safety standards. + Develop leadership skills within the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. + Utilize hand tools and general labor skills as necessary to support production activities. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in production and leadership development. + Ability to handle general labor tasks effectively. + Proficient in using hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience supervising a team in a food manufacturing plant is strongly preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your leadership skills will be valued and developed.
