**Job Description** + Monitor production process in a control room, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance. + Conduct quality control by taking samples from designated points and ensuring timely delivery to the laboratory. + Handle chemicals, fill up based on production requirements, ensure proper dosing, and adhere to safety protocols. + Perform preventive maintenance on field equipment and report compliance concerns. + Follow all plant safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous materials or working with high-temperature equipment. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude + Troubleshooting abilities + Production experience (2 years) + Machine operating experience (2 years) + Proficiency with hand tools + Comfortable with heights + Ability to routinely lift 75 lbs + Comfortable working in elements **Work Environment** The work environment consists of 12-hour overnight shifts from 6:30p to 6:30a in a climate-controlled setting. You must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, required to work in confined spaces, and exposed to chemicals, pressurized steam, dust, heat, noise, and fumes.
