Beacon Hill is seeking individuals for an overnight IT Service Desk position. We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills, a passion for IT, and desire to expand their skillset and grow. Applicants must demonstrate clear, strong communication and reliability with a basic understanding of technology at a minimum.

Day in the Life:

Level 1 Service desk - Tickets include password resets, connectivity troubleshooting, account unlocks, supporting clients and internal staff, etc. Tickets incoming through calls and emails. This shift will have a lighter ticket load, and will be relied upon to act as NOC to inform senior engineers if there are any outages.

Shift Time: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM (Wed-Sun)
