About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the roleThe Overnight Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food during overnight hours while ensuring consistency, food safety, and operational readiness for the following day.
What you will doPrepare, cook, and present food items according to established recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations during overnight operations.
Support late-night dining service, in-room dining orders, and early breakfast preparation.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, labeling, and sanitation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and work areas.
Monitor ingredient levels and communicate replenishment needs to the culinary leadership team.
Assist with mise en place and preparation for the following day’s kitchen operations.
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and luxury service standards.
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and efficient overnight work environment.
What you bringMinimum of 1–2 years of culinary experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar food service environment.
Ability to work independently during overnight hours with strong responsibility and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
Flexibility to adapt to varying overnight service demands.
Team-oriented mindset with commitment to quality and consistency.
Basic communication skills in English or Spanish; both preferred.
Culinary diploma or relevant training is an advantage.

Degree: Professional / Technician (preferred)
Languages: Spanish
Language Ability: Intermediate

Schedule & HoursSeasonal contract, full time, 40 hours per week.
Overnight shift from 23:00 to 07:15, including weekends and holidays, with consecutive and rotating days off.
