The current team consists of 8 Excavation and 4 Water Restoration professionals handling both commercial and residential projects. Work is based in the Denver Metropolitan area, including Colorado Springs, Cripple Creek, Divide, Castle Rock, Aurora, and Golden. Flexibility is required, as working hours can vary from 7:30 am to 11:59 pm, seven days a week, though this is not a 24/7 schedule. Training is hands-on, lasting 3-4 weeks, with some office-based modules. Employees need to use their own car, with mileage reimbursed at $0.725 per mile. Commission is uncapped, with opportunities for increased earnings based on sales performance, and a $3,500 travel voucher for reaching $1.3 million in annual sales.
