Maintain ongoing communication with current clients, proactively checking in to understand plumbing or water‑related concernsRecommend solutions and prepare accurate, competitive estimates using company pricing tools and insurance guidelinesGuide customers through repair or replacement options and secure sales by offering clear, confident expertiseFollow up on residential and commercial leads experiencing water damage or plumbing issuesServe as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact for customers navigating urgent or complex situationsIdentify opportunities for sewer line repair or replacement in residential and commercial settingsConduct video inspections to diagnose issues such as root intrusion, structural damage, or other conditions requiring excavation or replacementAssess water‑related property damage and present restoration solutionsPerform on‑site evaluations to measure moisture levels, determine the extent of damage, and recommend demolition, drying, or restoration stepsJob Type & Location
