Position Overview\nThe Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with agricultural producers, dealers, and distributors across the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a field-based environment and can deliver solutions that meet customer needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTerritory Management:\n\nDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned Midwest territory.\nMaintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.\n\nSales & Business Development:\n\nProspect and qualify new leads through cold calls, networking, and industry events.\nConduct on-site visits to farms, dealerships, and agribusinesses to present products and services.\nPrepare and deliver customized proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.\n\nCustomer Support & Technical Assistance:\n\nProvide product demonstrations and training to customers.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions for product application and performance.\n\nMarket Intelligence:\n\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.\nAttend trade shows, field days, and industry events to represent the company and expand networks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
