Outside Sales Representative
Job Title: Account Development Executive - WV

Job Description

We are seeking Account Development Executives to launch a new partnership program with local businesses in rural communities. This role involves working with businesses to identify partnerships that will help expand and increase their income.

ResponsibilitiesTravel within the assigned territory four days a week, with the remaining time working remotely.Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest.Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application and vetting process.Track lead activity and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.Support the Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns, townhall meetings, and coffee chats.Partner with the Field Manager to work with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.Maintain and assign leads to the sales team, including prospecting for new leads.Manage the flow of incoming leads.Create and maintain sales reports.Analyze lead data, including conversion rates and cost of leads.Work as a liaison with other groups to help improve sales processes.Essential Skills1-2 years of prior sales or customer service experience, including reporting, lead tracking, and list management.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Experience in a role involving sales or negotiation with customers is a plus.Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high sense of urgency.Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Tech-savvy with intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Salesforce.com or other SFA tools.Ability to perform online research.Capability to be in the market for up to 8 hours daily.Work Environment

The position requires travel to locations such as Philippi, Augusta, and Shinnston. The role involves door-to-door visits and remote work when not traveling. Reliable transportation is necessary. Employees will work Monday to Friday during core business hours. Reimbursement for mileage at 65.5 cents per mile and a $50 monthly phone bill reimbursement are provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
