We’re an established industrial powder coating operation with a high-capacity, automated production line. This role is for an outside sales professional who knows manufacturing and wants to sell repeat-run, production-volume coating programs to OEMs and fabricators.
This is industrial production sales, not retail or transactional quoting.
What You’ll Sell
Production powder coating programs for: OEM manufacturers Metal fabricators Equipment builders Marine, defense, and industrial manufacturers Long-term, repeat-run programs with scheduled volumesWhat You’ll Do
Prospect and visit manufacturers with ongoing coating needs Turn prototypes and pilot jobs into full production programs Evaluate parts, specs, and volumes for production fit Work with operations to price and launch programs correctly Grow accounts by expanding parts, SKUs, and coated assembliesWhat Success Looks Like
A book of high-volume, repeat-run production accounts Consistent utilization of automated coating capacity Growing recurring revenue from long-term customersCompensation
Commission on all collected revenue Tiered accelerators and new-account incentives Vehicle allowance and expense reimbursementWho You Are
3+ years in B2B industrial or manufacturing sales Comfortable selling to engineers, production, and sourcing Understand parts, drawings, specs, and production volumes Existing manufacturing relationships strongly preferredWhy This Role
