Job Title: ADE - MTJob Description

This is a great opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in the area. You will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. Collaborate with a Field Manager and other contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. This role requires travel up to two hours driving distance.

ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest from prospective businesses.Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing pipeline activity in Salesforce.Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.Essential Skills1-2 years in an outbound sales role (door-to-door sales).Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.Sales, account management, customer service, and recruiting skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications1-2 years in sales and/or customer service experience.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Field sales experience is a plus.Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation roles is a plus.Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in the field.Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.Work Environment

This role involves working in the field four days a week and one day from home. Candidates must live in or near Missoula or Kalispell, Montana. You will have the opportunity to build partnerships within your local community. The position offers uncapped commission, mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile, and a $50 monthly phone expense.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
