Role Description:
Sales Managers, or Outreach Associate Managers (OAMs) here at Oak Street Health, are critical leaders in our organization. OAMs are responsible for closely developing and managing a team of Outreach Executives, while also managing small individual quotas on a monthly basis. Our OAMs are responsible for new patient growth at a single clinic location with opportunities to expand across multiple clinic locations. OAMs are expected to review metrics daily, support growth initiatives, coach staff members and generally ensure the Outreach team operates smoothly and successfully.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of 2-3 quota-carrying Outreach ExecutivesCarry and deliver a small quota for monthly contribution to patient growthCoach direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning/developmentRecruit, retain, and nurture your team of sales professionals with high potential and strong performance historyProvide skill training and mentoring on business account engagement and prospect engagement, including consistent and regular ride-alongs with Outreach ExecutivesInterface and develop professional relationships with existing local businesses and prospectsProvide an unmatched experience for patients and prospectsMaintain a strong relationship between clinical staff and outreach staff within the clinicLead by example for your outreach teamDevelop both the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day sales team operationsBe accountable for hitting center patient acquisition targets and driving accountability within your teamCoach, mentor and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skillsBe an ambassador in the local community - building relationships with other healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partnersRemain up to date with all compliance regulations and ensure your team remains compliant according to Oak Street Health standardsShare best practices for prospect and business account engagementOther duties as assignedWhat are we looking for?
Minimum of 5 years of in a sales management role or other comparable management positionStrong computer skills, including:Ability to create and analyze excel spreadsheetsExperience managing through a CRM system, ideally SalesforceAnalytical approach toward sales data & performanceComfort with personal sales quota in addition to management responsibilitiesOutstanding management skills with the ability to motivate a teamStrong focus on data and analytics to drive targeted activities and return on growth effortsExcellent relationship management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive attitudeInclination to work in a results oriented roleWilling to work some weekendsAccess to reliable transportationUS work authorizationAnticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:
$50,188.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
