Salary Range $25.30 - $25.30 Hourly Position Type Full Time Category Education Description Shriver Job Corps Center is a program funded by the Department of Labor that provides disadvantaged students aged 16-24 with free hands-on vocational training and the opportunity to earn their High School Diploma or Equivalent. Our academic and career training programs are accredited and lead to national industry-recognized credentials. Our 21-acre campus is nestled away minutes off of Route 2 in Devens, MA. We service between 200 and 300 students at any given time with rolling admissions weekly. Most students reside on campus, while some commute daily. Job Description + Responsible for ensuring Outreach, Admissions, and Career Transition Services data and documentation is compliant with DOL/Company policy. + Audits student records and reports integrity findings directly to the Center Director and Administration Director. + Analyzes department integrity processes and makes recommendations for improvement. Responsible for providing department with administrative and technical support + Assists and coordinates special projects and provides support to other departments as required. + Conducts weekly audits of department data and systems to ensure compliance with DOL/Company policy. Documents audit findings and prepares reports for submission per established timelines and requirements. + Conducts research, prepares statistical reports, handles information requests, and performs clerical functions such as maintaining required documentation, sorting/distributing mail, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. + May make travel arrangements as necessary. Ensures timely submission, logging and tracking of all department deliverables, requests, reports, and correspondence. Drafts, writes and proofs correspondence. + Responsible for the quality of internal/external communications with the Corporate Office, Department of Labor and outside organizations. + Maintains Job Corps/Company systems and libraries + Plans, prioritizes and organizes assignments to meet established goals and deadlines. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications + Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school required. Bachelors Degree from an accredited school preferred. + A minimum of three years auditing and/or administrative support experience required. + Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications is required.
